Trying Japanese Food For The First Time

I believed that after a certain age it was hard to have a close friend but New York surprised me again. Ayumi and I met at our school’s social program and since that time we’ve continued our communication. She’s from Tokyo, Japan. Even though we have different backgrounds and cultures, we’ve always found common ground. We spent a lot of time together exploring New York City. We enjoyed sharing our cultures and cuisine. So here is my Japanese cuisine experience for the first time in my life with Ayumi. We went to Tsurutontan Udon Noodle Brasserie in Midtown. She said that it had the closest Japanese kitchen flavor in Nyc. We picked Seared Salmon Sashimi, Crispy Eggplant, and Beef Udon!

I loved the taste of crunchy eggplant. As a foodie person, I tried it at home as well. About Udon, I didn’t expect that it was delicious and nutritious that much. It consisted of healthy ingredients. You can find the daily nutrient you need to take in one meal. Price was affordable, food was satisfying and service was attentive. I hope, I’ll visit there next summer.

If u wanna try it, they have an Uber Eats option https://www.ubereats.com/new-york/food-delivery/tsurutontan-udon-noodle-brasserie-midtown/zdrHjEi_Svm5VTwoxR_9-Q Enjoy!
